What Ground Restoration Includes
After the structure is demolished and all debris is hauled away, our crew addresses the ground underneath. Years of sitting under a shed or deck typically leaves compacted soil, old gravel pads, concrete footings, and sometimes buried debris. We remove any remaining foundations or footings, then grade the area smooth using our equipment. The goal is to leave you with a clean, level surface that blends with the surrounding yard. For most jobs, rough grading is included in the removal price.
Optional Finish Work
Many property owners want the area fully restored to lawn. Martin Services can add topsoil, grade it flush with the surrounding yard, and seed or sod the area so it grows in seamlessly. If you plan to use the space for parking or storage, we can lay down a compacted gravel pad instead. If a new structure is going in the same spot, we can prepare the base accordingly. All of this finish work is quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.
Debris Disposal and Recycling
Martin Services handles all disposal as part of the removal job. We sort materials on site — wood, metal, concrete, and other recyclables are separated and taken to appropriate facilities.
